Coaching for Resiliency

Hi colleagues,
This is an interesting seminar that may interest you. It will be presented 9/3 at 10AM PT.
The focus is on how nurse leaders can integrate coaching for resiliency into their practice.
As we go into what is traditionally a season of increased respiratory illness, additionally burdened by a respiratory illness pandemic, I think encouraging and strengthening individual resilience is critical for us all.
