Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric hematology/oncology experience
• Licensure:
• Active RN license at time of submission
• NURSYS report with verification of all active RN licenses
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• APHON Chemotherapy Certification
  

Unit Information

• Patient Population: Pediatric hematology/oncology
• EMR System: Epic
• Scrub Color: Any color
• Holiday Requirements:
• Must work every other weekend
• Flu vaccine required for 2025–2026 season — no exemptions accepted
• Facility Policy:
• Nicotine-free workplace — must pass nicotine screening with drug test
